Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we want to make it right. We will offer all customers a first-time refund, or an exchange to a different candle. Shipping fees will have to be borne by the customer.
If you have received a damaged or defect item, please contact us at hello@goyohancandles.com within 7 days with a photo of the candle. We will replace you with a new one. The candle must be returned in its original condition.
